Adam helps manage and oversee development; due diligence, entitlements, and permitting. Adam obtained a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northern Arizona University in 2002, and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Prior to joining Greens, Adam worked as a Land Development Engineer for Kimley-Horn and Associates, a top ranked engineering firm. In this capacity, he was afforded the opportunity to work on several large and high profile projects, working hand in hand with multiple agencies and disciplines across Southern California. This collaboration and effort resulted in successfully entitling and developing thousands of acres of land, along with hundreds of acres of individual sites, predominantly in the Industrial, Institutional, and Commercial markets. Adam enjoyed consulting, but he joined Greens because of their vision for growth, their passion for excellence, and their commitment to the communities in which they serve.

Adam is a proud husband and father of two, you can usually find them eating donuts, ice cream, or seeking some other special treat, that the Mrs. doesn’t always approve of. They are an adventuresome family, who like to travel, experience new things, eat good food, play sports, and spend time with their friends and family.

Michael ensures the success of our construction initiatives by overseeing the bidding process, contract creation and negotiation, design coordination, and work directly with clients to ensure projects meet their expectations. With a little over 13 years of experience in commercial construction, he established a reputation as someone who works fervently to complete projects ahead of schedule and is best known for his ingenuity and practicality when it comes to overcoming obstacles. Prior to joining Green’s Michael oversaw the successful completion of over 25 hotels including Hilton’s, Marriott’s and IHGs.

Michael started his career on the front lines as a hotel engineer where his dedication to quality and ability to execute on key projects propelled him up through the ranks. It wasn’t long before he was overseeing large scale developments as a Project Manager and creating his own construction consulting business. His comprehensive knowledge of the development process and deep understanding of hotel operations serves to enhance his keen sense of perception, leading to quick execution and collective savings on construction costs.

Alexandra oversees all aspects of Human Resources and Culture, supporting all areas of Greens Operations including Hotels, Fuel, & Restaurants. Starting her career more than 10 years ago as a Human Resources Generalist in the Hospitality business, Alexandra continued learning and attended UCLA to become a certified Senior Human Resources Professional.

Today she oversees the entire cycle of all employees at Greens including On-Boarding, training, performance management, benefits, labor relations, and much more. Her goal is to bring culturally intelligent leaders to the company so together we can effectively build GREENS across cultural contexts. In her free time, Alexandra enjoys spending time her family, traveling abroad, and dancing flamenco , a hobby she’s enjoyed since she was 7 years old.

Michael Jacobsen has more than eleven years’ management experience leading teams as large as fifty people on a day to day basis. He began his development career in early 2004, joining his family business as a dry utility coordinator with an emphasis on Southern California Edison protocols. From 2011 to 2017 Michael managed multiple teams and coordinated parallel projects, each at different phases. This coordination included maintaining and upgrading cellular data networks located in California, Arizona, Florida, New Mexico and Texas, while concurrently performing his project oversight as a dry utility consultant.

With a background in construction, team and project management, computer aided drafting and utility coordination, Michael brings a broad vision infused with practical experience. His understanding in project management, process analysis and ability to work through clients’ ever-changing constraints offers insight and invaluable tools in guiding development projects forward successfully.

Atman oversees all aspects of real estate from acquisitions, franchising, entitlements, design, construction, leasing/sale or turnover to operations. Starting at the front desk of a single hotel at Greens, he worked his way through multi-state operations for the entire hotel portfolio. This hands on experience helps him evaluate hotel acquisitions opportunities and develop design from an sales/operations perspective. Prior to joining Greens, he worked in multifamily real estate brokerage for Sperry Van Ness, construction management for Perini Corporation, and operations finance for Hilton Worldwide.

Atman holds a BS in Business Administration and a MS in Construction Management from the University of Southern California and a MS in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University, magna cum laude. He is also a licensed real estate broker in California and is a CoStar and MLS junkie always studying real estate transactions of all types. He also serves on USC’s Emerging Leaders Board and received the Jr. Alumni of the Year award for founding its Construction Alumni Group. He finds responding to emails therapeutic, and typically starts his day early at 4:00am. But Atman balances his passion for growing the business by playing basketball, skiing, and serially travelling with his wife & two little ones.

Sharad founded Greens Group in 1996. Sharad focuses on new acquisitions, development, and capital procurement. He spends a significant amount of his time focusing on international development opportunities including commercial office, residential, and land development. Throughout his career, he has purchased or developed in excess of 50 real estate properties and has worked in all facets of development including minor renovations, major structural changes and complete overhaul, ground up construction, and master planning land development.

He holds an associate degree in Physics from the New Science College in Hyderabad, India. Sharad has served as a Governor for Best Western International and has been intricately involved in a number of charitable organizations.

Erik oversees all aspects of total revenue, rate management, sales, and hotel management support. He started his hotel experience as a front desk agent and Erik worked his way towards becoming a General Manager for a single hotel and then progressed to becoming a General Manager for multiple hotel properties and now oversees the entire hotel revenue and sales department and hotel management support. Prior to working for Greens, Erik worked for Van Hanh Nguyen CPA as a staff accountant.

Erik graduated from the Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager, and Notary. When he is not working closely with the hotel team, you can find him playing basketball or running and living a healthy lifestyle.

Angel joined Greens in June of 2019 on the development team, where his primary focus is to maneuver projects through the entitlement and permitting phase to get them construction ready. Angel holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, where he focused on Finance, Real Estate, and Operations. Angel is studying to obtain his real estate license and strives to continually grow and expand his knowledge of real estate and development.

When he is not at work, you can find him at the gym playing basketball, designing vintage cars, or spending time with family.

Gary oversees all aspects of renovation of hospitality projects. Gary has experience in hotel operation & passion for the construction and this unique combination helps him envision the product from an operator’s perspective helping him achieve exceptional efficient results. He began his career in hospitality in 2001 when he started his first renovation project on a single motel and has spread headed as many as four concurrent renovations in recent years.

Gary has excellent communication skills, he embrases technologoy to increase productivity, intricate construction knowledge, and excellent project management skill. He also has great finance & safety knowledge, which is crucial for any construction project. He holds CA General Contractor B license.

Besides Gary spend as much of his free time as possible with on spirituality, volleyball, traveling, hiking, cricket and spending quality time with his wife & two boys.

Ajay leads all aspects of hotel operations and oversees the corporate operations team to run the Greens portfolio of hotels. A familiar face at all of our properties, he regularly travels to meet with our general managers and other corporate staff. Opening his first business while still in high school, Ajay has spent the past 15+ years building and operating multiple hotels, restaurants and retail spaces, while managing diverse teams and overseeing day-to-day operations. When Ajay joined the team at Greens Group, his entrepreneurial background and hospitality experience has made him a perfect fit to lead the groups growing hotel portfolio.

He graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA). Ajay is known for his focus and drive, something he puts both into his professional and personal life. A one-time scratch golfer, Ajay enjoys playing outdoor sports like flag football & wakeboarding, and spends most of his free time with his wife and two young boys.
