The below is a general framework of our recruitment process. Please feel free to email our HR department (hr@greens.com) directly if you have any questions or concerns along the way.
You will be contacted by the Hiring Manager if your qualifications meet the job criteria.
If you make it through the initial screening, we'll set up a phone or video interview.
Depending on the position, we may schedule you to visit our corporate office for one or more interviews.
All new associates must pass a reference check and possibly a background check depending on the position.
You'll receive an offer, and the Hiring Manager will guide you through orientation, training, and onboarding.
Please note: Each Greens Group property is individually owned and operated as a separate hiring location. Employment opportunities, hiring decisions, and employment terms are managed independently by each property. When you apply to a specific location, your application is handled directly by that property's management team.
