Analyzing marketing conditions on a daily basis, we operate under a dynamic revenue management model, shifting our pricing strategies to meet fluxuations in the market and with our competitive set. With a Director of Revenue Management overseeing each property, our pro-active approach allows us to drive ADR, occupancy and, ultimately, RevPar.
